Tergotometer ( Turg-O-Tometer ) :

It is used for laboratory testing and evaluation of soaps, detergents, dyestuffs, surfactants, cleaners for textiles and other materials.

Tergotometer has constant temperature bath with inner working chamber made of stainless steel .Thermal insulation lagged in between the walls to prevent temperature loss. The bath is provided with a lid with six ports. Temperature is controlled by fully automatic digital controller with PT-100 sensor. Stirring spindle assembly is driven by a heavy duty DC motor with gear box. Variable speed regulator and digital speed indicator incorporated. The drive assembly is mounted on a rigid stand just above the water bath.

Temperature range : Above ambient to 50°C, ± 0.5°C                                     Speed : 50 to 150 rpm, ± 1 rpm                  Power supply : 230 V, 50 Hz / 110 V , 60 Hz , Single Phase

However different temperature range can be offered for specific applications.

Tray Dryer

The dryer is ideally suited for use for drying pharmaceutical chemicals, powders, pigments, plastic granules, agricultural products like drying chillies, spices, papad, potato chips, onions, fish, garlic, grapes, cashew nuts, confectionery, macaroni, wood etc. The dryer is made out of angle frame; doubled walled from CRCA mild steel, thermally insulated with 3 inch thick glass wool between the walls. Inner body is finished with heat resistant aluminium paint, outside in grey hammer tone. The dryer is electrically heated with sheathed tubular heaters and fitted with fan run by belt driven drive unit or steam heated with digital temperature control.

Flow meters

Rotameters are devices which measure the flow rate of liquid or gas in a closed tube. This product is   machined from clear acrylic block and is designed to give maximum accuracy in visibility and ruggedness. The floats are made from stainless steel, PVC and other non corrosive materials. The needle valve is provided for accurate flow control. It is designed to give accuracy of 0.5 to 1% at full scale. The higher accuracy can be made on specific requirement.

The Rotameter can be fitted with Top / Bottom or rear connections as per specific requirement.The Rotameters are ideal for direct panel mounting because of their clear modular appearance, online installation is also possible.

We can also offer Glass Tube Rotameters, Bypass Rotameters and Flow Totalizers.

Humidity Oven / Environmental Chamber

The Humidity Ovens are designed for maintaining temperature and humidity at various levels using wet and dry bulb principals. They can therefore be used as climatic chambers with built-in cooling systems. They are suitable for testing durability test of electronic and electrical components, sterility test in pharmaceutical industries, botanical, zoological research, cosmetics and chemical testing.

Laboratory  & Industrial Oven

Laboratory Ovens are used for heating, drying, sterilization, stoving, removal of moisture content and analysis in medical, agriculture and industrial research. These products are suitable for continuous use and are durable. They are constructed from CRCA sheets of suitable gauge and inner chamber made of Stainless Steel. Angle iron frames are provided for bigger ovens. The ovens are double-walled and the gap between the walls is filled with resin bonded glass wool slabs. Hot air recirculation can be provided to maintain uniform temperature within the oven.
